Shawn McCreight
Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Shawn McCreight founded Guidance Software, Inc. in November 1997 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception. From January 2003 to present he has served as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to January 2003, he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

McCreight has extensive experience in the design and development of software programs and applications, and was the principal developer of Guidance Software's EnCase® software. He continues to develop the products that drive Guidance Software's success in digital investigations solutions.

McCreight received his bachelor of arts in physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Victor Limongelli
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Victor Limongelli is responsible for strategic planning and initiatives, making recommendations to the Board of Directors and managing the company's growth mission and operational objectives. He is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Limongelli joined Guidance Software as General Counsel, where he specialized in privacy issues, incident response and digital evidence. He has also served as Vice President of Professional Services where he oversaw the company's renowned computer investigation team, providing incident response and computer forensic services to corporate, government and legal clients worldwide. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Limongelli led Guidance Software's worldwide operations as the company's President and is credited with formulating and overseeing its highly-successful eDiscovery strategy.

Before moving in-house, Limongelli was associated with the national law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he practiced with a technology company-focus which has a particular emphasis on licensing and venture capital. His accomplishments with the firm include arguing (and winning) a case before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

He received his juris doctorate degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a James Kent Scholar, and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. He has written numerous white papers and articles on statutes, regulations, case law, and industry standards governing information security, and has spoken at many notable conferences.

Kathleen A. O'Neil
Lead Independent Director
Kathleen A. O'Neil has been president and chief executive of Liberty Street Advisors, L.L.C. since its foundation. Prior to creating the company, Kate built profitable, financial institution-oriented businesses for IBM as General Manager of Global Financial Markets Infrastructure, leading teams specializing in next-generation systems for e-payments, clearance, and settlement; e-markets; wireless solutions and operational risk measurement and management. Kate is well known in the global financial community through over 20 years of executive leadership positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. There, she served as Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Management Committee.

Her career at the Fed included assignments as Advisor to the President and Officer in Charge of the Financial Services Group (a group of international and domestic businesses including cash, check, electronic payments, automated clearing house, electronic and physical securities, custody, fiscal services and business development). Kate was also Senior Risk Officer and Officer in Charge of the Corporate Group (a group including all of the New York Fed's financial, administrative and support functions). With that assignment, Kate functioned concurrently as chief financial officer, chief administrative officer and contingency officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

She was Chief Financial Examiner for a number of years and was responsible among other things for the design and implementation of the foreign bank supervisory program, supervision of the domestic and foreign operations of U.S. banking organizations and design and execution of the Federal Reserve System's trading and capital markets activities manual and policy guidance for examiners. Kate directed all troubled institution interventions during the recessionary period when the banking system was under greater stress than at any time since the 1930's.

Kate is active in a number of professional organizations including the Council on Foreign Relations and The Economic Club of New York. She is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network, the Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows Program, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Kate joined the board of NYSE-listed BMC Software, Inc. in November 2002.

Kate earned a B.S. degree in economics from John Carroll University, Cleveland and an M.B.A. degree in finance from the Wharton Graduate School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.



Marshall Geller
Director
Marshall Geller is a Senior Managing Director of St. Cloud Capital LLC. Mr. Geller spent over twenty years as Senior Managing Director for Bear, Stearns & Company, with oversight of all operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Hong Kong and the Far East. He is currently a director of California Pizza Kitchen, 1st Century Bank, NA, GP Strategies Corporation and National Holdings Corporation. Mr. Geller also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles and is a member of the Little Hoover Commission. Geller graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a BS in Business Administration, where he currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Business & Economics.

Jeff Lawrence
Director
Jeff Lawrence is co-founder of the Common Grant Application, founder of Clivia Systems, and founder and Trustee of The Lawrence Foundation. Formerly, Mr. Lawrence served as CTO of Intel Corporation's Network Communications Group and, previously, he was co-founder and former President & CEO of Trillium Digital Systems, prior to its acquisition by Intel Corporation in 2000. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of software, hardware and systems for the wireless, broadband, Internet and telephone network infrastructure. Mr. Lawrence has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and is a co-recipient of the Greater Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year award and the UCLA School of Engineering's Professional Achievement award.

Stephen Richards
Director
Stephen Richards served as Chief Financial Officer of McAfee, Inc., from April 2001 until his retirement in December 2004. He also concurrently served as Chief Operating Officer from November 2001 to December 2004. Prior to that, he was Chief Online Trading Officer of E*TRADE Group, Inc. His previous roles at E*TRADE also included: Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and New Ventures, and Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to E*TRADE, he was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Correspondent Clearing at Bear Stearns & Companies, Inc., Vice President/Deputy Controller of Becker Paribas, and First Vice President/Controller of Jefferies and Company, Inc. Mr. Richards is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Board of Directors of Cray Inc. and TradeStation Group, Inc. He received a BA from the University of California at Davis and an MBA in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Robert van Schoonenberg
Director
Robert G. van Schoonenberg is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BayPoint Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity/advisory firm based in Newport Beach California.. He is also Chairman of Premiere Entertainment, LLC, a company in the business of broadcast production, specializing in special event coverage and live red carpet premiere broadcasts for internet exhibition. He formerly served as executive vice president, chief legal officer & secretary of Avery Dennison Corporation (AVY: NYSE) for 27 years. Prior to that, Mr. van Schoonenberg was a member of the general counsel's executive staff at Gulf Oil Corporation GO: (NYSE.)

Mr. van Schoonenberg is a director of Ryland Group, Inc. (RYL) and Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc. (ALTI: NASDAQ.) He previously served as a director on the advisory board of FM Global, a leading multinational mutual property casualty insurer. He is a trustee of Southwestern University Law School and a member of the Audit Committee Round Table of Orange County. He is past director of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business Dean's advisory board.

He received a B.A (economics) from Marquette University, an MBA (finance) from the University of Wisconsin, and a JD from the University of Michigan.
