(NASDAQ:GUID), The World Leader in Digital Investigations(TM), today announced the launch of the Guidance Software Advisory Program (GAP) offering, designed to help EnCase(R) customers create and refine their business processes and incorporate industry best practices around eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, and other digital investigations.
Guidance Software's GAP offering consists of a proactive methodology designed to ensure the success of EnCase customers. It provides a comprehensive review of current policies and procedures, including a comprehensive gap analysis which identifies risk areas that could impact the customer. Based on the results of the analysis, a customized plan is provided to help automate procedures and eliminate wasted resources, establish a documented, defensible and repeatable workflow, and align procedures with industry best practices. Customers are assigned dedicated advisory consultants, who work with them to implement a tailored business process plan that includes quarterly evaluations.
